To My Clients - Past,Present and Future... I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your continued support in allowing me to be your choice Realtor. Recently, I was honored to accept the 2008 Regional Rookie of the Year Award at our annual Keller Williams Awards Ceremony in addition to a "Capper" Award. The Regional acknowledgement is one that I aspired to achieve from day one in this business - it is given to just one Keller Williams Realtor and I had been competing against 27 Keller Williams offices throughout Michigan and Northern Ohio. It was a career highlight, to say the least.
I was approached by my colleagues who asked, "what's your secret?" At first I wasn't sure how to answer.... I said, first and foremost, a LOT of hard work, long days and restless nights, a little luck and an outstanding mentor. I quickly corrected myself and added that I couldn't have done this without my awesome clients... Those individuals that allowed me the opportunity to sell their homes had their choice, and they chose me and believed in me. This was and is a responsibility that I do not take with ease. I am proud to say that in most instances, I was able to sell their homes and condo's and soon thereafter, get them exactly what they wanted in their next home.
Further, those clients that were referred to me personally or found my name on a sign or online, who decided that I would best represent them in the purchase of their homes as their Buyers Agent believed in me as well. In all instances, I was able to fiercely negotiate the best deal possible, while being a reliable source of information and support along the way. I appreciate you and I am grateful to each and every one of you for helping me achieve my career dreams while I had the pleasure to help you achieve yours.
One goal I have in 2009 is to have the honor of being nominated to FORBES Magazine 30 Under 30 Award. (I have one year to do it!) I can only continue with your continued support, that's why I wish to say thanks and ask that you continue to consider me your preferred Realtor throughout Macomb, Oakland, St.Clair and Wayne Counties.
